ABOUT ASHLEY
A Practitioner Who's Led From the Inside
Ashley M. Turner isn't an outside observer offering theory, she's spent over 15 years doing the work inside complex organizations, from the discipline and structure of the U.S. Army to the scale and nuance of a distinguished federal government career.
That experience gives her something rare: a practitioner's instinct for what actually works, paired with the academic rigor of a Master's in Organizational Leadership and Data Analytics from Regent University. Ashley is also pursuing her PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
Her consulting is direct, evidence-based, and built around your organization's specific context, not a templated playbook.
